Wallet & Payments Terms
These terms explain how your Aucemo wallet works — adding money, the limits that apply, how it's spent, and the rules on credits, refunds and taxes. They form part of our Terms of Service and work with our Refund Policy.

1What your wallet is
Your Aucemo wallet holds a prepaid balance in Indian Rupees (₹) that you use to pay for chargeable actions on the platform. There are no coins, tokens, packs or plans — the balance is simply money you have added in advance. It is not a bank deposit, e-money, a security, or a virtual digital asset, it earns no interest, and it cannot be transferred to another user, traded, or withdrawn as cash (except as a refund of unused balance under section 6).
2Adding money
- You add money manually from the Wallet screen, through our payment partner, in Indian Rupees.
- You can use a quick-add preset — ₹100, ₹200, ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000 or ₹5,000 — or enter any custom amount.
- Applicable GST is added at checkout and shown as a separate line.
- The amount is credited to your wallet once payment is confirmed.
3Limits & the ₹25,000 cap
- You may add at most ₹25,000 in a single transaction.
- Your wallet balance can never exceed ₹25,000 at any time.
- If an amount would push your balance above ₹25,000, it is declined — you can only add up to the remaining room below the cap.
- These limits are set by Aucemo and may be revised in line with applicable law and our risk policies.
4Spending from your wallet
Money is deducted only for actions that cost us to perform — primarily writing to the blockchain. These include minting a new asset, transferring ownership, certified updates, provenance events, and certain storage or print options. Browsing, editing text, designing cards and QR, managing visibility and collections do not cost anything. The exact charge for an action is shown and locked at the moment you begin it.
5Welcome & referral credits
We may grant promotional credits to your wallet — such as a one-time ₹100 welcome credit on sign-up and ₹100 + ₹100 referral rewards. Promotional credits count towards your balance (and so towards the ₹25,000 cap), have no independent cash value, are non-refundable, may carry conditions, and may be withdrawn in case of abuse.
6Refunds & account closure
Money already spent on a completed action is non-refundable. Refunds of unused wallet balance, if any, are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where an on-chain action fails for technical reasons, the amount for that action is not deducted, or is restored to your wallet. On voluntary deletion or termination of your account, any remaining balance is forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash, except where a refund is required by law.
7Price changes
The fees for chargeable actions are configured by Aucemo and may change over time. A change never alters a charge you have already begun seeing in a flow — the amount is locked when the flow starts. Current fees are reflected on the Pricing page and in-app.
8Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Services other than those we are required to collect (such as GST on money you add). Tax invoices are made available for your payments.
9Misuse & suspension
We may suspend a wallet, reverse promotional credits, or decline transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
