1Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your access to and use of the Aucemo platform, including the web application, asset registry, certificates, QR codes, collections and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

- Institutional users must be authorised representatives of the entity they register.
3What you may register
You may register genuine, lawfully owned assets — such as jewellery, watches, art, coins, vehicles, memorabilia and documents — for which you are the owner or an authorised custodian, and for which the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
4Prohibited assets & content
You must not register, list or upload:
- Stolen, counterfeit, smuggled or unlawfully obtained items.
- Assets you do not own or are not authorised to register on another's behalf.
- Items prohibited or restricted under Indian law — including protected antiquities and art treasures, wildlife products and ivory, narcotics, weapons or explosives.
- Content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Knowingly false provenance, valuations, certificates or ownership history.
5Prohibited conduct
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misusing another user's identity, passkey or wallet.
- Attempting to circumvent identity verification, access controls or platform security.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the Services or their infrastructure.
- Using the Services to launder proceeds, evade tax, or facilitate any unlawful transaction.
- Accessing or attempting to view private or locked assets and collections you are not authorised to see.
6Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current and complete information for every asset and event you record.
- Keep your private passkey confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian law.
7Enforcement
Where we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached, we may — with or without notice depending on severity — issue a warning, restrict features, remove or hide content, suspend or terminate your account, forfeit any remaining wallet balance on termination as set out in our Wallet & Payments Terms, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
