Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy
This policy covers who owns the content on Aucemo, the licence you grant us to display it, how to report material that infringes your rights, and how we handle counter-notices and repeat infringers.
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1Your content & the licence you grant
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, stories and documents you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Aucemo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Services — for example, showing it on your asset's card or, where you choose, on a public certificate page.
2Respecting others' rights
You must only upload content you own or are authorised to use. Do not upload images, text, logos or documents that infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
3Aucemo's intellectual property
The Aucemo name, logo, brand, design system, software and underlying technology are owned by Aucemo and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer them except as expressly permitted.
4Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Aucemo infringes your rights, send a notice to support@aucemo.com including:
- Your name and contact details, and the rights you hold.
- Identification of the infringing content (e.g. the asset or certificate URL).
- A description of the work or right that has been infringed.
- A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
5Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you are authorised to use it, you may send a counter-notice to support@aucemo.com with the relevant details. We may restore the content where appropriate and as permitted by law.
6Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, restrict features, remove content, or suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
7Trademark & brand misuse
Use of the Aucemo brand in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without authorisation, or that is misleading, is not permitted. Report suspected brand misuse to support@aucemo.com.
