1Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can get money back from Aucemo — by withdrawing unused wallet balance to your bank — and how cancellations and refunds are handled. It works alongside our Wallet & Payments Terms and our Terms of Service.

2Withdraw your balance — no charge

  • Any unused balance in your wallet can be transferred back to your bank account.
  • There is no charge to withdraw — you receive the full unused amount.
  • Withdrawals are paid to a verified bank account in your name, through our payment partner.
  • You can withdraw any amount up to your available (unspent) balance.

3How to request a withdrawal

  • Open your Wallet, choose Withdraw, enter the amount and confirm.
  • The amount is sent to the bank account linked to your verified profile.
  • We may run standard fraud and verification checks before releasing funds.

4How long it takes

Once approved, a withdrawal or refund is initiated right away and typically reaches your bank within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank and payment method. Business days exclude weekends and Indian public holidays. The exact timing is governed by your bank and our payment partner's settlement cycle.

5What's non-refundable

Money already spent on a completed action — minting, transfers, certified updates or provenance events — is non-refundable, because the underlying work (blockchain writes, relayers and storage) is already done.

Where an on-chain action fails for technical reasons, the amount for it is not deducted, or is restored to your wallet — so you are never charged for work that didn't complete.

6Printed cards — cancellations

  • A printed-card order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it enters production.
  • Once a card has been printed or shipped it can't be cancelled or refunded, as it is a personalised physical good.
  • If a printed card arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it.

7Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited but your wallet isn't credited, or you are charged twice, the extra amount is automatically reversed to your original payment method — usually within 5–7 business days. If you don't see it, email support@aucemo.com and we'll trace it.

8Account closure & taxes

  • Withdraw any remaining balance before deleting your account — once an account is deleted, any leftover balance is forfeited as set out in the Wallet & Payments Terms.
  • Refunds are made of the amount you paid; any GST is handled in line with applicable tax law.
