The app is a progressive web app (PWA), so it works like a modern website on your phone or laptop — no heavy installs, and designed for Indian internet conditions.

Sign up with your mobile number or email, set a secure password or passkey, and add a few simple details like your name, photo and city.
You also choose whether you're acting as an individual, a family representative or an institution — so we can adapt some flows and future features to your use case.
Prove it's really you (eKYC).
We run a proper eKYC — just like your bank or broker would. Enter your Aadhaar number, confirm an OTP, provide PAN (and GST if you're a business), and record a short selfie video for liveness and face matching.
It's paperless, fully digital and built on Indian eKYC rails — quick, but difficult to fake.
Turn an object into a digital twin
Once your profile is verified, register assets through a guided flow that feels more like answering simple questions than filling out a government form. We break it into six small stages, so you never feel overwhelmed.
Basics & visibility
Pick whether the asset is public or private, name it, choose a category (art, jewellery, watches, vehicles, limited editions, heirlooms, general) and confirm the current owner and physical location.
This sets the right data structure and visibility rules so sharing and inheritance behave exactly as you expect.
Important details & milestones
Log the milestone date you want this asset tied to — bought, created or gifted — and fill in specs like materials, dimensions, serial numbers, edition numbers and condition notes.
These are what buyers, insurers and experts look at to recognise, price or underwrite the asset.
The story behind it
Write the full story in your own words, then distil it into 3–5 short highlight bullets that explain why this piece matters.
Add tags and hashtags to make it easier to rediscover and to connect it to wider collector conversations.
Photos, videos & proof
Upload a hero photo and supporting images, record an authentication video showing the asset clearly, and optionally a story video.
Attach bills, appraisals, certificates and links to articles, auction pages or social posts — so all the evidence lives in one place.
Bring your people in
Add family members who can view or contribute memories, set a nominee who should get control later, and invite trusted collaborators like curators or dealers to suggest content for your approval.
This turns the registry from a dead file into a living, multi-voice archive.

See a neat summary of everything you've entered, along with any applicable fees, and confirm.
Aucemo mints a tamper-proof certificate via smart contract on a permissioned blockchain, gives the asset a unique UID and QR code, and stores it safely in your vault.
